Include a structure sidebar for navigation inside the document

In my opinion this is one of the most basic features since it allows navigation inside ones document. TEXstudio does it by letting you jump directly to the sections and subsections.
This idea is not new: http://support.overleaf.com/forums/137318-feedback/suggestions/4295795-display-structure-panel
But since this suggestion is from 3 years ago, I decided to repost it.

Agreed. I recently made the switch to Overleaf from Texmaker and love it, with one caveat: I miss my structure sidebar (a lot).

I second this. It is so easy to implement this with a simple regex that I cannot believe it hasnt been done yet. I wish I could contribute and implement this feature.
