Under the emacs mode, how can I run the command fill-paragraph; emacs [Alt + q] ?

Where can I find an overview of all the available editor shortcuts? It might be helpful to provide a direct help link in the menu or sth. like GitHub's [Shift+?] modal. Cheers

Are there plans for customizable user tags or shortcuts? I'm in and out of math mode all the time and have locally defined numerous commands that I really cannot do without.
        Thanks!
