Customized commands for vim mode
People who are savy with vim editor always tend to use their customized command keys(eg. instead of <esc> use <jj>) It will great if the vim mode supports customizing command keys.
We’ll look into this and see what we can do. Our VIM mode comes from the open source CodeMirror project (http://codemirror.net/), and I’m sure that they would welcome contributions for vimrc support. :)
There isn't yet support for EDO, EEQ, etc., unfortunately. In the mean time, there is auto-complete that will insert many commonly used environments etc. when you start typing.
And I just need what is available from Vim-Latexsuite (such as EDO EEQ EEN...)...any one knows if this is possible?

I assume more popular issues are handled sooner so I'll speak up as well. I'd also really enjoy having a .vimrc. It would make things a lot easier.
Thanks for supporting Vim generally, though—it has been very nice!

I am looking forward to support of vimrc as well. That would be fantastic!!
It would be very nice if some semblance of a .vimrc could be supported, too, indentation customization in particular---or [http://vim-latex.sourceforge.net/](vim-latex).
